How do I register for camp? Complete the online registration. (Links provided on the homepage and the 'Camps' page.) Be sure to supply all requested information and to acknowledge the medical and concussion waiver with your signature. Please make sure the email you register with is the email you check MOST frequently.
Can I register with a deposit? During the registration process click the 'Deposit.' option. Note... Please keep your confirmation email with the link to pay the balance due. One month prior to the start use this link to pay the remaining balance.
What happends next after I register for camp? After you register you'll receive two documents via e-mail -- an Exhibit C Form and a Transportation form.
  • Exhibit C form must be signed by camper and if under 18 years of age, signed by a parent.
  • We ask that hard copy of Exhibit C forms is sent with camper to camp check in. Camper will not be able to play on the field if we do not have this form.
  • If you will be flying in to Philadelphia airport and transportation is required, please send us the completed Transportation form. If it's not required, the ONLY form we need is Exhibit C. (That's it!)
  • Schedules will be given to campers and parents at check-in and not before. We are constantly making changes to the schedule due to changes in the registration information. Below is a typical schedule for our overnight camps.

    Are meals included? Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price of camp. Camper’s first meal will be dinner on Day 1, and last meal will be breakfast of Day 4
    Are parents invited to attend? Parents are allowed to watch the games and only attend the “What Parents Need To Know 101” information session that is scheduled right after Opening Ceremony on Day 1 of camp.
    Is it guaranteed that coaches will see me play?
    Yes, we guarantee something that tournaments cannot; ALL coaches in attendance will see you play.
    How many games or training sessions should I expect if I am a College Bound or Junior Elite camper?
    College Bound Campers
  • Field player campers will have the opportunity to train with a College Coach: 2 training sessions with 6 games
  • Goalkeeper campers will have the opportunity to train with a GK College Coach: 2 training sessions with 6 games
  • Junior Elite Campers
  • Field players have the opportunity to train with a college coach: 4 training sessions with 4 games
  • Goalkeepers will have the opportunity to train with a college coach: 4 training sessions with 4 games
  • How do I get access to additional training?Additonal training is only available for College Bound or Junior elite campers. Add either Field Player Specific Training or Goalkeeper Specific Training as an add-on during registration. Please check the site under Additional Options for information on the additional training sessions. If you have not added in this additional training during your on line registration and you wish to add it later, please contact info@vusoccer for more information.
    What do I bring to camp? Campers need to bring bed linens and pillow(s) for a standard twin bed, towels for extra showering, cleats, running shoes, indoor training shoes (in case of inclement weather), a soccer ball (if you did not purchase one from camp), sandals, rain gear, adequate clothing for 3 games/sessions per day (shirts, shorts, socks, guards), toiletry items, a thermos and sunscreen. *IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE - Campers will be moving their items out of the rooms to a designated area for parents to pick up at the end of camp. Please keep this in mind when you are packing for camp. Heavy items such as coolers, fans, TV’s, cases of drinks, etc are just an added burden for camper to move.
    Do I need to bring a Soccer ball? Yes. Campers can either bring one or purchase one during registration for $25.
    Do I need to bring money to camp?
  • Campers should bring cash for incidental or merchandise purchases from the camp store.

  • What if my son does not want to stay on campus? Your son may choose Non Residential Status, this means you will be commuting to and from camp daily and will not be staying in the dorms. Non Residential Campers will need to have arranged housing outside of the University.
  • Check-in for Non Residential Campers will generally begin at 1 o’clock on the first day of camp.
  • After the first day commuter campers will check in at 8:30 am each morning. Commuter campers must sign in and sign out at the Camp Store each day.Check-out is at 8:30pm each evening.
  • On check in day, dinner will be your first meal with campers, so lunch will be on your own.
  • Commuter campers are invited to come for breakfast with the rest of their assigned camp team. Commuter campers are encouraged to stay for evening events even if they are finished playing for the day.
  • Opening ceremony will begin approx. 2 pm and the campers will go directly to the fields with their assigned coaches.

    Which NCAA Coaches are attending Camp?
  • 2018 Coaches will be announced shortly, but we do expect to see many of the 2017 Colleges back this year.
  • Please watch the 'Coaches' page. The list continues to be updated. In the case of a coach cancelling, we will make every effort to replace them with a coach at the same University-College.
  • Additionally, Villanova University is located near many other Division 1, 2, & 3 programs so be sure to email coaches not scheduled to attend our event and invite him to come to our camp and watch you compete in the showcase.
  • VSC reserves the right to make changes in the coaching staff when needed.
  • What happens if a College Coach cancels? From time to time, coaches cancellations and changes may happen. If this does happen we will do our best to get another coach from that college. We do reserve the right to modify the college coaches listing as needed. Refunds are not given based on the status of College Coaches. We thank you for your understanding.
    How do the camps help with the college recruiting process? As a competitive club and high school player, your teams have probably gone to Showcase Tournaments. At these tournaments, NCAA Coaches are in attendance but there is no guarantee they’ll see you. Villanova Soccer Camps guarantee exposure to EVERY NCAA Coach in attendance. This gives every camper significantly more opportunity to be on the radar or recruited by a NCAA College or University. All programs in attendance receive the contact information of every camper to help facilitate these relationships.
    What is a Camp Store? What do they sell? Where is it located?
  • The Camp Store offers Official Villanova Soccer merchandise (Jerseys, Sweatshirts, Long sleeve & Short sleeve T-Shirts, Shorts, Socks), snacks, drinks & late night food orders (Pizza, Cheesesteaks, Wings, Hoagies)
  • Campers should bring cash for incidental or merchandise purchases from the camp store.
  • Campers will have access to cold drinks while on the fields so please bring a thermos. When back in the dorms, the camp store will have cold drinks and snacks for sale.
  • Each evening campers have the option of ordering sandwiches, pizza, or wings that is delivered to them by 9pm to 10 pm. This helps for those late-night cravings after the camper’s long day of field work.
  • During check-in, campers (or parents) will have the option to add money to a camp bank. Each time the camper makes a purchase; we'll deduct it from the balance. This way camper will not have to carry around cash.
  • Cash that is not used will be returned. (We'll apply the balance to the credit or debit card that was used to register.)
  • The camp store will be located inside the Dorm building the campers will be housing.
  • Live Streaming is FREE for all camps. All parents will receive a code to access live streaming through Facebook during the camp in order to watch their camper play. This live streaming will also be available for coaches who are not in attendance and who would like to watch campers play.
  • Video packages are available for purchase. These are the three packages that we offer:

  • Where are the camps located?
  • The Nike Showcase Camps will be held at the Higgins Soccer Complex on Villanova’s west campus.
  • If we are unable to play at Higgins Soccer Complex due to construction, then we will move the camp to off-campus sites.
  • What is Villanova University's address? Villanova University’s address is: 800 Lancaster Ave Villanova, PA 19085
    Is there transportation provided to and from the airport for out of town campers? Yes. Shuttles will be provided to and from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) for all overnight camps. The cost is $60 round-trip.
  • A Transportation form is provided in your confirmation email. Please email the completed form to info@vusoccer.com with the subject line TRANSPORTATION. (We cannot accept only your itinerary as a request for transportation.) We request you do this no later than two weeks prior to the start of the event.
  • If you did not purchase the transportation option when you registered, please contact info@vusoccer.com to request information on how to add it to your package.
  • Campers may also make individual arrangements through Uber, Lyft, train, taxi, or bus.
  • Please make your transportation arrangements to arrive at camp by noon on the first day of camp and fly out by 3 pm on the last day of camp.
  • What hotel can I stay at during the duration of camp? COACHES/PARENTS/GUARDIANS - We will have a special group rate by the end of January for reservations at the Radnor Hotel in St David’s PA. It is just one mile from the camp.
  • Address is: 591 East Lancaster Ave, St Davids, PA 19087
  • You will need to contact the hotel to make reservations. Rooms are not guaranteed without a credit card or one-night cash deposit. Please refer to VILLANOVA SOCCER CAMPS when placing your reservations. Please contact the Reservations Department directly between the hours of 8am to 8pm at (610) 688-5800, toll-free at (800) 537-3000, or via fax at (610) 341-3299. This rate is not available online. This price will be good up until one month before the start of camp sessions.
  • Room Requests after this release date will be subject to availability at the prevailing rate.
  • We highly recommend that individuals make their reservations as early as possible.
  • Other suggested areas to check would be Philadelphia Marriot West Conshohocken, Villanova Conference Center, King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, or Conshohocken areas.
  • What are the directions to campus? Villanova University’s GPS address is 800 East Lancaster Ave., Villanova, PA 19085.
    Is parking available? Parking is offered at Ithan Garage on the corner of Ithan Ave & Lancaster Ave. (Rt 30).
    What are check-in/check-out times?
  • For College Bound and Junior Elite:
  • Check in for Non-Residential/Residential campers will be approximately 11:00 am on the first day.
  • On Check-in day, dinner will be your first meal with campers, so lunch will be on your own.
  • Opening ceremony will begin approximately at 2 pm and the campers will go directly to the fields with their assigned coaches.
  • Check out time will be at approximately 11am on the last day.
  • Check out for Non-Residential campers will be approximately 8:30pm for the first 3 days and 11:00am on the last day.
  • For Youth Elite:
  • Check-in time is 8:30am.
  • Check-out is at 12:00pm for half day campers and 3:00pm for full day campers.
  • Where is check-in? Check-In will take place outside of the assigned hall. This information will be sent to campers and parents two weeks prior to camp.
    What forms do I need to fill out for registration?
  • Campers/parents need to fill out Exhibit C forms (needed prior to camp, otherwise, camper WILL NOT be able to participate). Exhibit C form was attached to your Camp Confirmation email sent after your registered.
  • We do not need additional Medical Information as this information was completed during your on-line registration. Medical Waiver and the Concussion Acknowledgement form have been endorsed during your online registration process.

  • Check out for overnight camps will be approximately 11:00 am on the last day of camp. At the end of camp, players will be asked to have their room cleaned up the night prior to the last day.
  • Parents can make arrangements to come and pick up the campers belongings during the morning session. Time will be announced.
  • Parents are encouraged to watch the morning games, closing ceremonies and to browse the camp store to purchase Villanova Gear
  • IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: Campers may be moving their items out of the rooms to a designated area for parents to pick up. Please keep this in mind when you are packing for camp. Heavy items such as coolers, fans, TV’s, unused cases of drinks, etc are just an added burden for camper to move.
    Closing Ceremony will take Place Approximately 11 Am. The Location Will Be Announced During Camp Day 3 Evening Sessions.
    What if my camper will be arriving late or need to leave early?
  • If you are anticipating a Late Arrival or an Early Departure, please make arrangements by emailing info@vusoccer.com , with the subject line LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE to give your completed information prior to the first day of camp.
  • We will prepare your campers packet information to be picked up at the CAMP STORE. (camp store location will be inside of the dorm halls that campers will be staying)
  • Where do the campers stay? Overnight/Residential campers will stay in the air-conditioned dorms. Campers will need to bring a pillow, blanket and linens for a twin bed. There is no need to bring fans or refrigerators.
    Can I choose a roommate?
  • There are two campers to every room. Campers can request a roommate during online registration.
  • All roommate requests need to be submitted no later than one month prior to the start of the event in order for us to accommodate.
  • We do try our best to accommodate all requests.
  • We ask that you only request a camper who is already registered.
  • Be sure to have discussed your request with the other camper as it is not uncommon that duplicate requests are made for the same camper and in this case we cannot honor the request.
  • If you would like to be in the same area of a group of campers we will take that request also.

  • Dorm Rooms are generally not available on the night before the start of camp or the night after closing ceremonies.
    Can teams come together for a camp? How do they register? Yes. Teams are welcome to register for any of our events. 3 players from same team, each player will receive $59 discount, 5 players from same team, each player will receive a $79 discount and 7 or more players from the same team, each player will receive a $99 discount.
    Coaches- if you would like to have your team come together to camp. Please contact us by email info@vusoccer.com Subject line: Team Discount. We will then create a team link for team to use when registering for camp. You will then send your team the link so they can register with the discount.
    Team Players You can register individually online (as part of a team) with at least a $250 deposit. Be sure to put team name on the registration. Contact info@vusoccer.com with Subject Line: Team Discount and we will apply the discount to the balance due. The remainder of the monies due can be paid online 1 month before the start of camp.
    What are the cancellation / refund policies for overnight camps? In all cases there will be a $250 fee for any cancellations within one week of the start of an overnight camp!
  • The $250 deposit is nonrefundable due to contracts and deposits with our service providers, facility rentals, camp preparation expenses and travel expenses incurred and arrangements that need to be made in advance with our Coaching Staff.
  • For campers who have paid in full, all cancellation requests must be submitted to info@vusoccer.com in order to receive a refund of the additional monies over the $250 non-refundable deposit.
  • What are the cancellation policy for One Day Camps and Youth Camps For One Day Camps: Cancellation fee is $50 to $100 depending on date of camp. For Youth Day Camps: Cancellation fee is $150. For campers with injuries, please contact info@vusoccer.com to request cancellation prior to camp.
    What if my camper is injured? A $150 credit for future camps will be issued. ** Injured campers cancellation request must be submitted in an email or a letter and be accompanied by a licensed physician’s note at least 2 days prior to the start of camp.
    What if my child needs to take certain medications?
  • During registration, parents/campers must inform the certified athletic trainer or coaching staff of any medications that the campers are taking.
  • Parents should provide only the necessary doses of medication which a camper is required to take during the duration of the camp.
  • In accordance with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and University policy certified athletic trainers cannot dispense, administer or hold on to any medications for campers.
  • Campers will self-administer all medication. Campers should be comfortable with self-administering their medication in the proper doses and schedule.
  • In emergency or urgent situations, athletic trainers are permitted to administer prescribed asthma inhalers and epi-pens, when necessary.
  • Campers are encouraged and should carry all asthma medication inhalers and epi-pens with them at all times (field, dorms, dining hall, etc.) for the duration of the camp.
  • If refrigeration is necessary for medication, a secure refrigerator will be provided by the camp operators.
  • A member of the athletic training staff will be present, or on site for the duration of registration to respond to any questions and/or concerns of parents and/or campers.
  • What if my child has dietary requirements?
  • Villanova University Dining Services deals with Dietary Requirements on a daily basis. The cafeteria staff will meet the needs of students with specific nutrition concerns or medically-restricted diets
  • In each dining hall there are a variety of soy products as well as lactose free milk available daily. Other special dietary items can be special ordered and kept on hand such as gluten-free cereals, muffins, waffles, bread, and wraps.
  • Campers will need to be aware of their dietary concerns and follow their own specific diet.

  • Also, please discuss your dietary concerns with our medical trainer at check in.
  • Are seminars included in the price of camp? Off-field education Seminars are provided to inform campers of their options for getting recruited, to help campers understand the different Divisions choices they have. These seminars will prepare your camper for topics like College Recruiting Process, and other important areas needed for success in college.
    Will you have guest speakers? Yes. Guest speakers will be announced prior to the beginning of each camp.
    Will I be able to receive an invitation letter for visa purposes? Yes. Following registration, please email us at info@vusoccer.com and we will send you an official camp invitation letter.
