A: This camp will give high school players a brief understanding of the training habits, commitment level, and preparation that is necessary to play collegiate soccer. All campers will get a chance to interact with the Villanova Men’s Soccer Staff in an intense, competitive environment.
A: We encourage that you only sign-up for one (1) One-Day developmental camp but we strongly recommend that all interested campers attend the summer camp.
A: During the Residential Camps our Director of Goalkeeping will conduct 2 training sessions daily, and then evaluate the goalkeepers in evening 11v11 matches. A goalkeeper specific evaluation will be provided.
During the One Day Camps, goalkeepers will receive specific training during the technical session, then be included and evaluated in small sided and full match games.
A: Yes, shuttle transportation will be provided for both sessions. If you are flying to camp please reserve a flight to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). There will be a shuttle leaving PHL on the 21st at 12 noon to pick up session I campers. The return shuttle will depart Villanova on 24th at 1pm, this shuttle will drop off session I campers and pick up session II campers. On the 27th a shuttle will depart Villanova at 1pm to drop off session II campers.
A: Commuters/Full Day/Half Day Campers need to be dropped of to Austin Hall at 8:30 am every morning with the exception of check-in day.
First Day Schedule: Commuters/Full Day/Half Day Campers should be dropped off at 12:30pm. Pick up for Full Day/Half Day campers on the 21st will be 3:00pm. Commuters will be dismissed at 8:45pm every evening.
